QuiltLab is designed to make quilting joyful. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

  • Account details such as your name, email address, and billing information.
  • Quilt project data, swatches, and other creative assets you upload to QuiltLab.
  • If you allow optional analytics, page visits, referral information, browser and device details, and interactions such as pricing selections and editor usage.

How We Use Your Information

  • Delivering and improving core QuiltLab functionality, including collaboration and autosave features.
  • Providing customer support and communicating important updates about the service.
  • Analyzing aggregated usage patterns to guide new product features while maintaining confidentiality of personal data.

Analytics and Consent

  • Optional analytics are disabled until you choose Allow analytics. You can change that choice at any time with the Privacy choices control shown on QuiltLab pages.
  • We use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager for website measurement, PostHog for product analytics, and Vercel Analytics for site-performance measurement.
  • QuiltLab's analytics event payloads do not include your name, email address, uploaded content, or account ID.

Data Sharing & Security

  • We do not sell your personal information. Limited sharing occurs only with service providers that help us operate QuiltLab, including authentication, hosting, analytics, payment, and email providers.
  • Access to production data is restricted to trained QuiltLab personnel, and all infrastructure follows industry-standard encryption and monitoring practices.
  • You can export or delete your account data at any time by contacting support@quiltlab.co.

Your Choices

  • Update your profile details and notification preferences within your account dashboard.
  • Allow or decline optional analytics, and withdraw consent later, using the persistent Privacy choices control.
  • Opt out of non-essential marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in any message.
  • Reach out to our support team with privacy questions—we respond within two business days.
