Please review these terms carefully. They set the expectations for using QuiltLab and explain the commitments we make to protect your work.

Acceptance of Terms

  • By creating a QuiltLab account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.
  • If you are using QuiltLab on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

Using QuiltLab

  • You are responsible for the content you upload, including quilt designs, fabrics, and collaborative comments.
  • Do not misuse QuiltLab by attempting to access other users' data or disrupting service availability.
  • We may update or remove features from time to time to keep the experience fast, secure, and reliable.

Subscriptions & Billing

  • Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled at least one day before the renewal date.
  • All fees are non-refundable except where required by law; contact support@quiltlab.co for billing questions.
  • Downgrading a plan may result in reduced functionality or storage limits at the end of the current billing cycle.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • You retain all rights to the projects and assets you create in QuiltLab.
  • Grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the service.
  • The QuiltLab brand, software, and documentation remain the property of QuiltLab LLC and its licensors.

Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time through your billing settings or by emailing support@quiltlab.co.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create security risk for others.
  • Upon termination, we will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your data unless prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability

  • QuiltLab is provided "as is" without warranties; to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
  • Our total liability under these terms will not exceed the amounts you paid to QuiltLab in the 12 months preceding the claim.
