Also known as: Bow Tie, Magic Bow Tie, Necktie
Two diagonal lobes connected by a center knot create a charming bow tie illusion.
Each Bow Tie block is a four-patch with a twist. Cut two large background squares, two large bow tie fabric squares, and two small bow tie squares for the connectors. Use the stitch-and-flip corner technique: place a small square on the corner of a background square where the two fabrics should meet, sew diagonally, trim, and press. This creates the angled connector that links the two lobes of the tie.
