Pineapple
Also known as: Pineapple Log Cabin
A log cabin variation in which rounds of logs alternate between the sides and the corners of the growing centre, each log trimmed at 45 degrees; the dark corner logs and corner triangles form a broad X of blades radiating from the centre square.

Construction Tips
Usually foundation pieced: every log has the same finished width and is trimmed along the drawn lines of the next round. This drawing uses 1 in logs and a 2 in centre.
