LeMoyne Star
Also known as: Lemon Star, Star of LeMoyne, Eight-Pointed Star
Eight 45 degree diamonds meet at the centre to form an eight-pointed star whose tips touch the block edges; corner squares and side triangles are set into the gaps. The diamonds often alternate two fabrics.

Construction Tips
Join the diamonds in pairs, then halves, then set in the corner squares and side triangles with Y-seams, stopping at the seam allowance.
